I began experimenting with video (3/4 B&W reel to reel) and Super 8 film in the late ’70s at Algonquin College. I went on to study film, video and animation at OCA. After graduation I worked there as a technician and eventually taught film, animation, and multi-media design at OCAD until 2000.
Over the years I have produced a few films and videos. Some are what you might call experim
ental using my own soundscapes. Some were done for bands and musical friends, like those done for Perfect World, The BunchoFuckinGoofs and, most recently, Archery Guild, which I’ve put up on YouTube and others were commissioned, such as 2009’s “Believing Makes it So” made for the IMAGES Festival during a Charles Street residency.
